CSA (Citrix Solutions Advisor)
A comprehensive business program comprising over 5000 leading value-added resellers and consultants who produce innovative, high-performance application server software solutions. There are 3 levels of CSA Membership: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level has its own requirements and benefits. Please contact us for any information you don't see below.
Silver
Requirements: Membership fee, Annual renewal fee. 1 x Citrix Certified Administrators (CCA), 2 x Citrix Certified Sales Professional (CCSP). Annual business plan, monthly forecasts.
Benefits:Use of Channel accessPARTNER logo, listed on citrix.com, Citrix Welcome Pack, Sales support, training, Citrix updates, access to Co-Op marketing support, access to partner portal, NFR and internal use licenses, 2 technical named contacts, systems engineering local support (case by case basis), Citrix Advisor reward Program.
Gold
Requirements: All silver requirements plus: 3 x CCA, 2 x CCSP and 1 x Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA), minimum sales revenue targets and lead validation rates, demo facilities.
Benefits:All silver benefits plus sales leads, 3 technical named contacts, online support, technology previews.
Platinum
By invitation only.

Citrix NetScaler
In order to be able to sell Citrix NetScaler, it is a requirement that one technical engineer attends the NetScaler Basic Operations And Administration course. Please email the Citrix Product Team for more information on becoming a NetScaler partner.
Access Gateway
A separate, specific Access Gateway certification is required in order to be able to sell the Citrix Access Gateway product. This consists of an online course and exam. Upon successful completion of this course, the reseller then becomes a Citrix Solutions Advisor (Access Gateway). There is no fee to pay and no contract to sign.
Access Essentials
A specific Citrix Access Essentials certification is required in order to be able to sell the product. This consists of an online course and exam, upon successful completion of this course, the reseller then becomes a Citrix Solutions Advisor (Access Essentials). However the reseller need not necessarily be a Citrix Solutions Advisor beforehand. There is no fee, no contract to sign and no application forms to fill in.

NB. Please note this certification ONLY applies to the Citrix Access Essentials product, should you wish to sell the full Citrix Access Suite, your company will have to become a Citrix Solutions Advisor (please see above).
Embedded ISV (Independent Software Vendor)
Designed to assist application ISVs to integrate Citrix technologies into their legacy and Web-based applications. The program will provide the tools needed to enable ISVs to develop, market and sell Citrix-enhanced applications to their end-user customers.
CSN Software Vendor (Citrix Solutions Network Software Vendor)
This program was initiated to address those partners that may not fit the Citrix ISV Embedded Solutions program criteria. Aimed at non-embedded software vendors who wish to offer Citrix products as a compliment to their own products but not combined into a single deliverable.
